•If you cannot attend your appointment, please reschedule or cancel 24 hours' in advance.
•Less than 24 hours' notice will result in being billed 50% of your appointment. Less than 12 hours' notice will result in 100% charge.
• We understand that in some circumstances you may run late for your appointment. If this happens, we ask that you kindly contact us. Please be aware due to other appointments we can only allow for up to 10 minutes lateness.
• Refunds will not be tolerated.
• Cosmetic Brows are booked manually via WhatsApp. Cancellation policy for Cosmetic procedures are 48-72 hours' notice.
